1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

EMFinalExams.com provides access to digital educational content and online revision tools. By purchasing a subscription or accessing paid content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Once you access any paid digital content, you lose your statutory right to cancel under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) because the service is fully performed when you access it.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (instant access to digital learning materials), we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, except where required by law. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Dissatisfaction with exam results or perceived lack of improvement.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Inability to use the site due to user device issues or lack of internet connection.

3. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will stop future renewals, but no refunds are given for any unused portion of the current subscription period. You will continue to have access until the end of your current paid term.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (for example, accidental duplicate payments). Any refund granted does not create an obligation to issue future refunds.
